Profile

Dr Xiao Lu (Lucia) is an assistant professor in the School of Cultural Technology at XJTLU Entrepreneur College. Lucia's research and teaching focus on arts management and management for culture and the creative industries. Since 2017, Lucia has worked as a lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate students at Goldsmiths, Middlesex University, and UCA Business School for the Creative Industries. Besides, Lucia has had the experience of working in a range of creative and cultural organisations in China and the UK, such as China National Centre for the Performing Arts, Ogilvy & Mather, Battersea Arts Centre, APAX Group, and Asia House Arts & Learning.
