More than 10 years English teaching experience of Higher Education in both China and the UK enables her to continuously update her knowledge of the theories and practices of English Language Teaching, and specifically English for Academic Purposes. She has previously taught in Coventry University, UK and SIAS International University, China before joining XJTLU. She is passionate in applying innovative teaching methods including Research-led teaching and technology enhanced teaching to promote students interests and best benefit the students. She is currently the Head of Division for Y1 Core Pathway in English Language Center, XJTLU, responsible for over 3000 students' and 80 teachers' EAP teaching and learning activities.
