Ningjuan / Joanne received her BA in English Linguistics and MSc in Finance. She has broad experience in teaching in higher education institutions, franchised language schools, and working in PGR administration and education management. Joanne joined XJTLU in September 2013 and found it enjoyable and rewarding to work in this institution. Her research interests mainly lie in cross-cultural communication, second language acquisition and learner autonomy, etc. With her previous experience and expertise, Joanne is delighted to assist language learners in their acquisition of the English language and more importantly in their development into global citizens.
