Profile

Dr. Yingli Shi is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, School of Advanced Technology at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU).

Dr. Yingli Shi received her B.S. degree from Tianjin Polytechnic University in 2015. In 2018, she got her M.S. degree at the Institute of Functional Nano& Soft Materials (FUNSOM) of Soochow University. In 2022, she received Ph.D. degree from The University of Hong Kong.

The research directions include the characterization of wide bandgap semiconductors and their applications in optoelectronic devices, including ZnO, Ga2O3 and Al2O3. Her current research interests also include organic micro/nanocrystals and their photonic properties.
