Profile

Liu Cao (曹流) is an urban and cultural geographer who works at the intersection of urban geography, planning, and cultural studies. She received her PhD of City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University in 2020 and worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Sun Yat-sen university before joining XJTLU. Her research interests include urban consumption, urban governance, urban transformations, and consumer cultures.
