3-26-98 "I am putting together
a scrapbook for my dad's 60th birthday. He is a huge 49ers fan and I would
love to add and autographed photo or birthday greeting from Joe. Do you
know how I can get hold of his public relations people? Thanks!" - Dena.
.
Hi, Dena. I've E-mailed the information
to you. Good luck!
.
3-26-98 "I am not sports oriented at all!!
But even I had heard of Joe Montana. This morning I saw him on Good Morning
America - and what a charismatic, charming guy. Some producer needs to
have his head examined if he doesn't snap him up and make him a star in
the theatrical field, or maybe this is already happening - what do I know!
Enjoyed your site!" - Berlynne Holman
.
If you ask me, Joe could read aloud
the white pages of the phone book, and I'd hang on to every word. But as
Dennis Miller says, "That's only my opinion, I could be wrong." Thanks
for visiting!

3-25-98 "Dear Deb, We are two fans from
Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Are names are James Wilson and Corey Farmer. We
are 13 and 14. We are starting our own fan club at Childers Middle School
since we are the only Montana buffs at our educational facilities. Your
page is the Coooooolest. We appreciate your dedication to this wonderful
god of a man. A man of his stature deserves only the best. Are you currently
aware of any web sites selling coooool Montana merchandise? We are the
current owners of the Montana biography, written by Joe Montana and Dick
Schaap. We are also the current companions of A.J. McMath, the current
owner of an official 1993 autographed Chiefs Team football including the
autograph of the man himself, BIG JOE. We have posters and pictures galore.
We have been told that our sleeping quarters resemble mini-Montana shrines.
(seriously) If you have any information on any web sites about merchandise
or Joe's actual E-Mail address. PLEASE contact us. P.S. We believe that
Joe Montana should make a guest appearance on the last episode of Seinfeld
as Kramer's long lost brother on May 14, 1998 (we are also Seinfeld freaks)"
- James and Corey.
.
I love it! Now, if it had been Joe
running down the street with that marble rye instead of Jerry, George probably
could have caught the bread through the window of Susan's parents home
without having to use a fishing pole! Yada yada yada!
.
3-23-98 "Hi Debbie, It was only $100 to
meet Joe and worth every penny!! I was wondering are you a Chief's fan
from way back or do you live in California? I live in NJ and I guess I
follow the Jets now since we get to go to some of those games (but the
game isn't the same). I also follow Carolina since I met Kerry Collins
(he taught me how to throw a football at last year's Super Bowl in New
Orleans). It's fun to hear from you - keep in touch" - Anna1619.
.
I'm one of those California Girls
and proud of it! But I followed Joe when he went to the Chiefs. Good to
hear from you again, Anna!
.
3-22-98 "I' m 9 years old. I like the
49ers. But I hate the Chiefs. I read a book about Joe." - McKamp
.
They're both great teams! Keep reading
those books!

3-21-98 "Debbie, I'm completely blown
away by your web site. I will have to visit it again since there was too
much stuff to go through all at once. Looks like you got a great family.
By the way, I am delighted working with you! Hope you have a nice weekend!

Yo, Stefan! I'm so glad you stopped
by! It means a lot to me! Thanks!

3-14-98 " I've been a fan of Joe's since
he threw the pass to defeat the Cowboys and go to his first super bowl.
I have three of the Super Bowls, complete with commercials on tape and
watch them when I can. I met Joe twice while walking the streets of San
Francisco. Blew me away. Got an autographed plaque and books and gold edition
cards. I cried the day they announced his back surgery and again when he
returned to his first game after the operation. Not to mention his leaving
the Niners to go to K.C. Again on his retirement, which I taped, and when
they retired his number. And I'm not a young person. But I get teary just
watching him. I've visited your site several times and have enjoyed all
my visits. I just recently starting taping his Notre Dame games when they
play on the Classic Sports Network and I run across them. Just another
fan. Keep up the great work," - Barry
.
Hi Barry. Thanks for emailing me!
I'm so glad you like my site. I try to give Joe a site that is worthy of
him. How wonderful to actually run into him in San Francisco! At least
you got to meet him. If you think of it, if you know in advance when any
of Joe's Notre Dame games are on TV, could you send me an E-mail? Is the
classic sports network a special cable channel that you pay for? Anyway,
again, I am very happy that you stop by my site. Please take care and keep
in touch!
.
"Hi Debbie....in reply the Classic Sports
network is not a pay channel. It comes with my basic service here. You
might ask your local cable company if they carry it or will carry it. I
will be more than happy to advise you if they are showing any of Joe's
Notre Dame games. They have surprised me in the past and they don't list
the exact games in the TV guides. So I have to watch carefully for advance
word.....take care," - Barry Ybarra
.
3-9-98 "Hi Debbie, I think you're the
only person who would appreciate this. I met Joe at an autograph show here
in New Jersey. He looked good (nice tan, smiling, wearing jeans a short
sleeved shirt and his wedding band. I always tease my husband about
this because he never wears his) It was a Super Bowl MVP show so lots of
biggies were there (including Rice and Aikman etc.). Anyway, I got the
feeling most people (especially first timers like me) were there to see
Joe. He signed by far the most autographs (over 700!). He even came out
again after his allotted time to sign some people's things who had gotten
there late. I was talking to one of the press guys who said Joe was the
most nervous of all the MVPs. I was nervous as I waited my turn. I handed
him my book I wanted signed and held out my hand to say "thank you." He
shook my hand and said "No, thank YOU for coming" I thought that was nice.
Sixteen lucky people were chosen at random to catch a ball from him. They
had this area roped off. Unfortunately, I wasn't chosen but I was right
up front to watch. He was having more fun with this part, I think, than
the signing. He was talking and laughing with everyone - especially the
kids - he was real nice to them (one kid about 9, who was going to catch
a ball from him had a Emmit Smith jersey on so Joe tugged on it and laughed
saying "I don't think I can bring myself to throw to YOU!! everyone laughed).
After he threw each ball he would walk over to the person who caught it
and shook their hand. It was fun to watch. Talk to you again," - Anna1619
.
That is great! Someday.... Talk
to you soon, Anna!
.
3-8-98 "Debbie it worked! I got my Montana
magazine in the mail Saturday. Thanks so much for the suggestion." - Mary
DeGaux.
.
Glad everything worked out, Mary!
.
3-7-98 "I think your page is the absolute
best Montana page I have ever seen. You did an outstanding job and I appreciate
it very much for I am a die-hard 49er/Montana fan myself. Thanks a lot!"
- Chris a.k.a. Ninersrok7
.
Thanks, Chris!
Your comments mean a lot to me!
.
3-4-98 "Hello! I'm from Mexico and like
you, I'm fan of the coolest QB in the history. Your site is great. I have
some questions. How can I get a photograph of The Catch; do you know were
I can buy a Montana's jersey (like a Niners)? I saw the Sport Illustrated
store but the jersey is not available. Do you know if exist some video
about the retirement number night? If you have some answers, please write
me soon as possible. Thanks for all!" - Eduardo Lopez
.
Hi Eduardo, glad you like the site.
Ok, let's go down your list. To get a photograph of The Catch, contact
The Fan Club in San Francisco, and you can get the number by calling the
49ers Administrative Offices in San Francisco. I got my Montana jersey
through Upper Deck Authenticated. I haven't heard of any video from the
jersey dedication ceremony, but that's a good question to ask when you
call the 49ers. Hope this helps!
.
3-2-98 "I am not sure if you can help
me. I have a friend who has gotten hurt on the job and needs to sell some
football cards. He is not sure if they are worth anything. How can he find
out? I told him I would help but this is not anything I know about. There
is three and they are in acrylic plastic sleeves, they say scarce insert
cart on each one. Copyright 1995 attached is a photo of them. They all
say Trilogy and are by Upper Deck MT10 Super bowl XXXIII, MT11 1989 Dream
Season, and the last on has the red border. Thanks," - GraceWorld
.
I'm not up on prices on memorabilia.
Perhaps try calling different sports cards stores and do your own price
comparison survey. It never hurts to ask. Good luck!
.
3-1-98 "Hi, my name is Cindy. I have been
a Joe Montana fan now for about 11 years. He is the greatest and always
will be. He is the reason I love football today. I have an 8-year-old son
that also admires Joe. He collects all kinds of collectibles. I was so
sad when he retired, football is not the same without him on the field.
No one comes close to Joe Montana. I'm so thankful you have this web site.
I have been searching for a Topps rookie card of his for a long time now,
they are not that easy to find. I have been also trying to find signed
items from the Legend but either no one wants to sell them or they don't
have them. I will be joining The Joe Montana Fan club very soon! Keep in
touch, it's nice to know there are other females out there that feel the
way I do." - Cindy Janitz a.k.a. CINRIC
.
Hi, Cindy! Thanks for dropping by
the site! There's a LOT of gals out there who agree with you and me! Keep
hunting, you'll find things if you're persistent. And check out Joe's Fan
Club Site at http://www.joemontanafanclub.com. Keep in touch, too!
.
2-28-98 "Haven't been to the site for
a while..... love what you have done! Keep it up!" - JA Evans.

I'll do my best! Thanks for coming
back!

2-26-98 "I'm a big Joe Montana fan and
I'd like to know the year he was born in. Thanks for your help." - Travis
Konarik
.
Joe was born in 1956.
.
2-25-98 "I've been a Montana fan for years
since his first Super Bowl win. I'm a bay area native and no matter where
he goes, for instance like the Chiefs, I'm still an avid and loyal fan
to him. I just recently heard about your web site and think it's the greatest,
displaying all of his amazing statistics, great poses in pictures, and
wonderful information about a legend who will in fact, once in the hall
of fame, will be known as the best all around football player of all time
(including Jerry Rice, of course ...hehehehe). I have a huge collection
of Montana memorabilia, from autographs, billboards, trading cards, dolls,
footballs, jerseys, pins, even, if you could believe it, a lock of his
hair. As you can see, I'm a Montana fan for all ages and till the day I
die. His legacy will last forever and just knowing I witnessed the greatest
quarterback in history perform, from his college years to his retirement,
just makes feel satisfied and great stories to tell to my grandchildren
years from now. Keep his stories, pictures, and stats alive and preach
our savior and let everyone know that the Montana legacy will live forever
and ever. Sincerely, A serious and addicted fan," Allan (30) from Hayward,
California
.
Allan, I am honored. Thank you for
your kind words. Please drop back by often.
.
2-24-98 "Hi Debbie, I am pretty sure about
Joe's middle name being Clifford. I read it in the same place that said
Marino's is Constantine ( I don't think someone would come up with those
two names if they weren't right!). I also wanted to ask you about the night
they retired Joe's number. I thought ABC did not do a good job of conveying
the atmosphere (unless it wasn't as charged up as I thought it would have
been for that event). I do hope the fans made Montana feel appreciated.
Nice chatting with you again. Bye!" - Anna1619
.
Hi, Anna! All I can say about ABC
is that they still have to run commercials, and not everyone is a Niners
fan, and they try to please everybody. Was the place charged up that night?
Absolutely! It was a wild, rowdy, wonderfully fun party! I wouldn't have
missed being their for the world. I wish you could have been there with
me! I'm just counting the days until my hubby and I make the trek to Canton,
Ohio, for Joe's induction to the NFL Hall of Fame. And I AM going to be
there! I'm curious to find out how many others plan on going to Canton
for that. E-mail me and let me know.
.
2-21-98 "You have a great page! I consider
myself to be the biggest 49ers fan on this earth. I been following them
since the Bill Walsh days players like John Taylor, Dwight Clark, Ronnie
Lott - I can name many more but don't want to bore you. I get lots of grief
from friends because I live in New York. They always ask why am I a Niner
fan and not a JET fan or GIANT fan, and I tell them because unlike the
New York fans, I don't turn my back on my team when they are having a bad
game or streak. To make a long story short, I will always love my SAN FRANCISCO
49ERS! One more thing - I need to air out - people say we have a weak division?
That's why we have won five Super Bowls. Can you please tell your readers
to look at the team's we have beaten to get there and the team's we beaten
to be five time Super Bowl CHAMPIONS. Sorry to take up so much of you time.
THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK." - Casual Lover.
.
Hi, Cas! First off - you can't bore
me with tales of the Classic Niners Team! I'm there right with you! I'm
the same way with my teams, whether they have a bad year or a good year,
I'm there rooting them on. And thank YOU for speaking well of the site!
.
2-20-98 "Hi Debbie, I must tell you I
am a novice at this "Internet stuff," but I really enjoyed your page! I
obviously am a big Montana fan, but the reason I am might be a little different
than most. I grew up in an Italian family with no brothers (the only sport
I ever saw was soccer) when I got to college I would study with the TV
on just for noise. Well that's when I spotted Montana at Notre Dame. He
somehow made the game look understandable to me. So I kept watching, especially
when he was playing. He basically taught me football so that today I am
a fan of the game (although it's not the same without him). In fact, if
my sons have a football question they ask me - -not Dad. So I guess Joe's
a pretty good teacher among other things. I hope one of these days to somehow
thank him for making me a fan. Anyway great page and by the way, his middle
name is Clifford. Thanks!" - Anna1619
.
There it is, everybody! I've had
so many E-mails asking what Joe's middle name is. I like this one the best.
Someday we'll get this verified. Thanks Anna!
.
2-19-98 "Hi! Just an idea for you.....you
might feature Joe Montana's full name at birth and birth date, birthplace,
etc. for us "trivia fans"..... Do you know it? I'd greatly appreciate the
info. Thanks a lot!" - CplusCB
.
Ok, tell you what - I'll do a page
of vital statistics and trivia. Keep watching for it.
.
2-14-98 "Your site is great and I really
liked the photos." - Jack a.k.a. Smallparts.
.
Thanks, Jack!
.
2-14-98 "Dear Debbie, From the official
Montana fan club page I see that Joe will be appearing at the MVP show
in Summerset NJ. Are you aware of any other appearances especially in the
Albany, NY area. Thank you," - Jeannine Mcaul.
.
Actually, Joe's fan club site is
the best place to get info for upcoming shows. His site is updated at least
once a month.
.
2-11-98 "Hi, I am a big Joe Montana fan,
and have visited your pages many times (I love them), but I was wondering
if you knew of a mailing address that I could write to Joe at. Thanks in
advance." - Josh Hammers
.
I'll E-mail you the info. Thanks
for visiting.
.
2-10-98 "Debbie, Love your web site!!!
It is one of the better ones I've seen. I wanted to know if you ever received
your Joe Fan Club Kit? I have joined and have not received my kit yet.
It's been a few weeks, I can only assume they are BUSY!!!! I ordered a
couple of books like the ones they were selling at the game, (which I wasn't
fortunate to attend) and haven't got them yet. Do you know of anyone who
wants to sell their Game Day program? I am so glad you and hubby were able
to attend the game. What a great way to spend your vacation! Thanks for
all your information you have sent me in the past. Take care and hope to
hear from you soon.." - Kim Chadbourne.
.
Hi, Kim! Yes, I've received my fan
club kit. I've gotten newsletters, a T-shirt, and an autographed photo.
They're great! I haven't come across anyone who wants to part with a Game
Day program, but if I hear of anyone, I'll refer them on to you.
Take care!
.
2-4-98 "My son would really like to have
Joe's address he wants to send Joe a card or picture for him to sign do
you know how to send US Mail his way? Thanks!" - Ray and Logan Smith.
.
I'll E-mail you the info. Take care.
.
2-3-98 "Hey I love your site!! It is really
fast and has a ton of great into. Thanks a LOT." - J. Stone.
.
Thanks! Come back often!
.
2-3-98 "I'd just like to include one (two
more) things that I didn't say in my past letter. Elway deserved that Super
Bowl win, seeing as it was his last game to play, since he was retiring.
I will try to visit the site more often, and thanks for the reply. Au revoir
and good-bye," - Chris a.k.a. SSVegeta16 - "PS. Favre's a redneck!"
.
But, boy, Brett can sure throw a
football!
.
1-29-98 "Please tell us how tall is Joe
and how much does he weigh? We have a bet riding on this! Thanks," - Kat
and Jo Loyer
.
Joe is 6'2" and I have no idea how
much he weighs.
.
1-28-98 "Dear Deb, I love your web page.
I am a huge Joe Montana fan as well as 49ers fan. It's about time someone
dedicated a page to the greatest quarterback ever. The only question I
have is if you know where I could find an AVI of "The Catch". Please let
me know if you have any information. Sincerely, " Brian Donnell
.
Hi, Brian. Check out my Montana
Movies page.
.
1-27-98 "Hey Deb! Great page! I've been
a Joe fan since 1979 look at my screen name that Says it right there. I
did my English term paper on why Joe Montana's the greatest quarter back
of All time. 15 pages. I also send him birthday cards every year I'm his
biggest fan in Louisiana. I've met him on a few occasions also. This is
a great tribute to the god under center. Please put me on your list and
anything you want to send is very welcome. In Joe we trust," - Ryan J.
Bruce
.
Hi, Ryan. You've got great taste!
.
1-25-98 "Hi, my name is Nicole. My whole
family admires Joe Montana. He favors my uncle in his looks, which is very
good. I love his fan club page. It is wonderful. My boyfriend idols Joe
Montana. When he was in high school, he wrote reports on him. He has always
wanted a autographed picture of Joe Montana. Is there any way I can go
about getting him one? It would be a great Valentines present. It would
make his day. Thank you very much. Sincerely," - Nicole.
.
Nicole, why not join Joe's Fan Club?
It would make a great present for the Consummate Montana Fan. The goodies
you get are worth it.
.
1-25-98 "Your site is without a doubt,
GREAT! I've been a JOE fan forever, but never went to a site to find out
more about him....Thanks for the great info...." - Cheryl.
.
Thanks, Cheryl! You made my day!
.
1-25-98 "Hello! My name is Juan Izquierdo.
I'm Mexican, I live in Carmen City, Mexico. I'm a fan of Joe Montana. I'm
17 years old, excuse my English, I'm not a professional, can you give me
the address of Montana? Thank you for your attention and your time. Viva
Joe Montana!" - Juan.
.
Juan, I'm sending it to you via
E-mail. Viva Jose!
.
1-24-98 "I recently came across your Joe
Montana web page and just thought you would like to know as if you didn't
already know but the web page is great. I've been a long time Montana fan
and have followed his career and am somewhat of a collector. I even have
Montana personal checks. Keep up the good work! :) " - Alex Cruz41016
.
Alex, aren't those checks terrific?
I love them, and so do the cashiers at the market!
.
1-23-98 "I was at the Purdue game when
Rusty Lisch was hurt and Joe came in. That was the beginning of a great
life for him. I have one autographed picture with the Irish green jersey
and one football he gave to me. I need a poster from The 1980s when they
won the Super Bowl - can't remember the game, but it was the most awesome
picture. Would trade you a Bill Lambeir basketball signed as I have an
in with him - got Notre Dame tickets also - went to 50% of games at South
Bend that Joe Montana played in" - S112243
.
Sorry, all the things I have I keep
and I'll never let them go. Good luck!
.
1-23-98 "In Super Bowl 23, there was an
actor in the stands that Joe Montana pointed to. Can you tell me who the
actor was? Thanks." - Nancy Czerwony.
.
It was the late John Candy.
.
1-23-98 "Dear Fruitloops, Or should I
say 'The Debster'? You told me about the site last night on Mplayer and
I promised to check it out. I have and I am astonished! I can't say that
I appreciate the game any better - but Mr. Montana certainly seems to be
a noble choice in idols. I will say that I would much rather have the SF
49's here in San Diego this week than all these Cheddar-heads. I must say,
don't ya know? " - Cruella De Ville
.
The secret's out. I love to go on
M-player and play Scrabble. I'd glad you dropped by the site. See you around!
.
1-20-98 "Hey! Just wanted to drop a line
to say you have a Kickin' web page for Joe Montana! I especially like the
.wav file of Madden saying Montana's the greatest....not an opinion, but
a fact!!! Thanks for the cool site. A HUGE Montana fan in S. Carolina,"
Shawn a.k.a. Keeblerfan
.
Thanks, Shawn!
.
1-19-98 "Hi Deb! I've been reading and
checking out your site for quite some time. It's really great !! On 12/10/97
Linda let you know about a "Joe Montana" song. I am also a collector and
I COLLECT to keep!!! There is no way I could ever place a price on any
of my JOEY items. If possible can I get in touch with Linda or can I get
a copy from you? By the way for all of the collectors, I picked up a JOE
MONTANA rookie card for $1.00 in 1980 at a flea market (swap meet). I treasure
it !!! I've been a fan since I was 8 years old (1979), but knew it was
going to be a special relationship even at that young age. I live in Milpitas
and that's a hop, skip and a jump from San Francisco. I've met Joe Montana
on several occasions and he has always treated me with dignity and respect.
Have you ever met him??? I was also in the stands on 12/15/97, I cried
and felt so proud, MY HERO was finally being recognized by his jersey retirement.
On that day I put all ill feelings aside. The 49ers have always been my
team. It was what they did to JOE hat hurt me most. Hey, he forgave them
and the least I can do is let it go. Listen, I am trying organize a trip
to Canton, Ohio for Joe's induction to the Hall Of Fame in 2000. The date
has not bet set, but they normally do it in July or August. I belong to
the Official Super Joe Fan Club, but they do not have any information at
this time. Can you post my e-mail and check with my fellow fans. Feel free
to contact me. Thanks for the time and I would love to exchange info and
talk. Chat with you soon," - Margarita Contreras
.
Hi Margarita, Linda never got back
to me about the song, darn it. I would have loved to have gotten a copy.
I'll let you know if I hear of others going to Canton.
.
1-19-98 "Ode To Joe:
Hello
I love Joe
He's the man
That always has a plan
He'll always lead you
For the touchdown of the day
Is this a "hike-ku?" Excuse the pun!"
- Jayne Harris.
.
I'm speechless. Let's leave it at
that.
.
1-17-98 "Dear Debbie, Would you please
send your arguments why Joe Montana is the greatest quarterback ever to
"kylehubers@beaufortco.com"? He has the mistaken belief that Brett Farve
is better. Go figure. Thanks for making the web page, great job. The stats
were very helpful. I mostly want to swamp my friend in e-mail that Joe
Montana is better, so don't waste much, if any, of your precious time on
my request. Thanks again, and great web page. later," - Kerry Hubers.
.
Tell you what. Just tell him to
check out the NFL Career Achievements Page on my site. He can't argue with
hard facts. And if that doesn't do it, well, chalk it up that he's just
a cheesehead. Take care!
.
1-17-98 "I was reading your Joe Montana
web page. I was wondering if you knew where I could find a Starting Line-up
action figure of Joe Montana. I have always considered Joe as the best
quarterback of all time. I have never been able to find one at a store.
I almost bought one from a child for twenty-five bucks, but his mother
wouldn't let me buy it. They now have the Legends of the Game. I can't
find one of Montana though. Whenever my wife goes to the mall, I make her
look for one. I was just curious. I was also wondering about joining your
fan club. Please respond." - Gene Hamer
.
Hi, Gene. There's nothing to pay
or join on my site - just enjoy. I don't have any info for the action figures,
but have you thought about buying the Joe Montana Christmas Ornaments put
out by Hallmark? They have him as a 49er and a Chief. You can still get
them, but they will cost you a little bit. They look great on a tree. Take
care.
.
1-13-98 "I must say that you have made
BY FAR the BEST home page there is for any sports fan, and even though
this is the only Joe Montana page I've been to I don't think I'll hesitate
to say it is #1 among them all. Thanks for doing it." - Brian G.
.
Brian, thank you so much for the
kind words. Take care!
.
1-13-98 "Hi Deb! I've just finished looking
at your tribute page to Montana and it is great. I was wondering if you
might be able to help me. I am trying desperately to obtain the January
18 and 25 and February 1, 1982 issues of Sports Illustrated. I have contacted
SI back issues and they are sold out. I was wondering if you might have
these issues or if you have seen a posting of someone with them wanting
to sell them. I would really appreciate any help you may be able to provide.
Thanks if advance for your help." - Tim O'brien.

they have all 3 of the mags in stock. I really appreciate the help. I didn't
think I would be able to locate them. if I can ever be of assistance please
let me know. Thanks again." - Tim.

1-7-98 "Does Joe Montana hold the record
for most touchdowns in the Super Bowl or is there another player? Thanks
for your time!" - GLPezz1121
.
Right off the top of my head, I
think so, but I don't know, I'd have to check. Check out the SI or NFL
sites. They'll have that up for you to look at.
.
1-5-98 "Thanks for the great web sight
for the greatest QB of all time. I hope Steve Young visits it often so
he can see what he never can be. Love and appreciation," Greg Bell.
.
Tsk tsk, Greg, don't mock the afflicted!
Take care!

1-5-98 "Dear Debbie, Your web page is
awesome! I am 30 years old and have been a Joe Fan for 15 years. I love
the 49ers too! I have a 13-month-old son and his name is Caleb Montana
Banister!!! You are so lucky to have gone to "The Stick" for that Monday
night game. I have seen the Niners play the Saints in New Orleans for the
past 12 years, and Joe was great to watch. We are on our way to the NFC
champ game this weekend against Green Bay, and all I can say is may Joe's
force be with you boys!!!!! Thanks, Debbie, for all the great Info!" -
Pamela Potts from Mississippi.
.
Pam, you put a smile on my face!
Have fun!

1-4-98 "Dear Debster, I am a fourteen
year old super Joe fan. I have collected his cards since I was 10, right
now I have over 250 different Joe Montana cards including his 1981 rookie.
My whole room is decorated in Chief and Niner stuff because of Joe. Right
now I like the Packers more than any other team because they are good and
I live in Wisconsin. I think that your page could use some more videos.
I am thinking about starting my own Joe page. If you get any cool Joe Montana
videos, sounds or pictures I would really appreciate it if you would E-mail
me. Thanks a bunch! Sincerely," - Jared Stackman.
.
Jared, thanks for visiting my site!
.
1-3-98 "Really enjoyed your site! I went
to a Dave Wilcox football camp at Linfield College in the summer of 1971
or 1972, and shook hands with John Brody, and have been a Niners addict
ever since. Although I watch everyone of their games possible, read everything
I can about them, and scan the Internet almost everyday for info on them,
(and Montana), I had never been to a Niner game until a couple of weeks
ago! Most of the starters didn't see much action, and they lost to the
Seahawks, but I still really enjoyed going with my two sons! Keep up the
good work!!!!" - Joe Jones
.
Thanks, Joe!
.
1-3-98 "This has got to be the best site

1-1-98 "Debbie, I had fun finding and
reading your page. I was there at the half-time ceremony too. It was a
once-in-a -lifetime event, huh! When we arrived, they were totally out
of Game Days and the souvenir programs everyone was supposed to get. I
am hoping I will see one for sale somewhere. Anyway, Happy New Year to
you, and thanks!" - Mary
.
Mary, wasn't it FUN! Thanks for
dropping by!
.
1-1-98 "Found your web site looking for
information for a resident who lives here at the nursing home where I work.
My resident, we'll call her Emma, loves Joe as if "he were one of her own."
She's a real character and has a picture of Joe Montana on her closet door.
Emma has expressed the desire to have Mr. Montana visit her, but if not
that then I've requested an autographed picture of him for her (from his
fan club web site). He sounds like a real prince! Good job on the web site."
- Sunshine
.
Hi Sunshine! Emma has great taste!
Thanks for visiting!
