Frank's Big Trip to Japan

In March of this year two representatives from a non-profit organization (Crisis Management and Preparedness Organization) in Tokyo visited CSTI to observe our Earthquake Course functional exercise.

As a result, the people from CMPO expressed a desire to form a "partnership" with CSTI to present crisis training in Japan.

In April, CMPO called me and asked me to come to Tokyo for a week in June to present a "Crisis Communications" seminar.  Never one to turn down a challenge, I said "okay."
